Quinn Cook began playing basketball at a young age while attending DeMatha Catholic High School, where he played for the school’s team during his freshman and junior years. He later went on to play for the Duke Blue Devils in college, achieving his best performance in a game against UNC Greensboro on December 19, 2011, when he scored 14 points.

Cook made his professional NBA debut with the Canton Charge on November 14, 2015, in a 106-99 defeat against the Maine Red Claws.
